Job Title: Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at EC&I Partners. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment in a COMAH regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply electrical engineering codes and standards, and manage deviations from standards.
  • Manage site electrical equipment, including power transformers, HV/LV switchgear, and hazardous area cabling.
  • Design and prepare specifications for new electrical systems and equipment.
  • Provide technical support and leadership to projects, operations, and maintenance teams.
  • Assure equipment performance standards and manage vendors and tenders.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • CompEx Design (Ex12), parts A & B.
  • Chartered or working towards chartership with significant electrical system design experience.
  • Experience in lightning protection calculations and specification of equipment for installation in hazardous areas.
  • Designated competent person under Electricity at Work Regulations.
