About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Companion. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Assist clients with household tasks, such as light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Provide transportation and accompaniment to appointments and social events.

Requirements
