Dynamic Early Years Educator for Hackney School

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at a school in Hackney, London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about working with young children and making a positive impact on their educational journey.

The role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the requirements of the Reception curriculum, fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development, and providing individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong academic record, including QTS, EYTS, PGCE or equivalent, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception). You will also have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks, and be able to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.

In addition to your teaching qualifications and experience, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential, as well as flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the school.
