We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care Recruitment Ltd. Based in the Oxford area, this exciting opportunity will enable you to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to children and their families, creating personalised care plans, and training and supporting staff with clinical skills and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual clients' needs
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
  • Deliver nursing interventions, including medicine management
  • Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care
Requirements
  • RSCN qualification with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN
  • Supportive management style with up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
  • Suitable for Band 5/Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
Benefits
