Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

Location: Oxford, UK
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at a static site based close to Oxford. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in mechanical maintenance and be looking for a new challenge in 2024. Our client is an established FM company offering competitive salaries, training, and progression opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks and complete associated paperwork.
- Perform Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks, including completion of relevant reports.
- Participate in a call-out rota to provide full out-of-hours cover to the client.
- Oversee visiting sub-contractors regarding standard of work and Health and Safety compliance.
- Complete all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
