Job Title: Senior Agricultural Machinery TechnicianAbout the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced agricultural machinery technician to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment Ltd. As a senior agricultural machinery technician, you will be responsible for repairing and servicing all types of agricultural machines to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and service agricultural machinery, including tractors, plows, and other equipment.
  • Maintain and keep in good condition the company van and any other vehicles or equipment as required.
  • Undertake training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Protect the company's assets and reputation by maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and queries.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £16-19 per hour, with the potential for overtime payments between 40-90k per annum. In addition, the role offers a range of benefits, including:

  • A generous holiday package of 22 days + 8 bank holidays.
  • A company pension scheme.
  • Sick pay after 6 months' service.
Requirements
  • A full driving licence is essential for this role.
  • Prior experience working with agricultural machinery is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
