Trade Parts Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced Trade Parts Advisor to join our Trade Parts Hub in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be responsible for inbound and outbound telesales of branded automotive car and LCV parts, accessories and consumables from our core brands Renault and Dacia to new and existing b2b trade customers, local and regional businesses and fleet clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and develop trade accounts and up-sale opportunities by phone and email
  • Sustain 98% or higher calls answered and ensure accuracy of all orders
  • Make courtesy calls to customers before delivery van cut-off times and ensure customer orders are issued to the correct van routes
  • Deliver top quality customer service at all times

Requirements:

  • Current experience in automotive Parts office experience / motor factors telesales is essential
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to organise themselves effectively whilst working under pressure
  • Highly customer focused

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm with 30-min lunch break, plus 1-in-3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am to 12:30pm

Benefits:

  • Basic salary of £29,453 pa, comprising £28,000 pa for weekday work plus £1,453 pa for the Saturday morning overtime
  • Monthly bonus allows earnings up to or in excess of £32,200 per annum
  • 25 days holiday + the 8 bank holidays, pension including life assurance, employee and family discounts on products and services, eye care vouchers, subsidised car option after 3 months' service (loan plan scheme), share incentive scheme and superb career opportunities Group-wide
