About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commodity Finance Specialist to join our SCF London EMEA Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for originating, developing, and monitoring transactions in Structured Commodity Finance and Transactional Commodity Finance in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the origination and structuring of new transactions to increase revenue and strengthen our position with existing clients.
  • Contribute to the development of the existing portfolio and diversify revenue sources within the bank's strategy.
  • Support the SCF London EMEA Team in carrying out all steps of the transaction process, including origination, due diligence, credit application, and monitoring.
  • Manage intra-departmental communication and reporting requirements, including income RWA/CWA and budget preparations.
  • Develop relationships with other banks to increase CA CIB's portfolio, income, and profitability.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should have a solid understanding of commodity finance and transactional commodity finance, as well as experience in financial markets and risk management.
