Job Title: Freelance Customer Service Tutor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Customer Service Tutor to join our team at Learning Curve Group. As a Freelance Customer Service Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to our learners, ensuring they achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a timetable of teaching, learning, and assessment as agreed with your Tutor Delivery Manager.
  • Undertake qualification delivery planning in collaboration with team members to ensure compliance with external requirements.
  • Provide support systems to facilitate positive retention, achievement, and progression for our learners.
  • Complete all E-registers in a timely manner to the required standards.
  • Monitor attendance and performance of learners on an ongoing basis and effectively report to management.
  • Ensure learner requirements are dealt with quickly and effectively.
  • Deliver teaching, learning, and assessment to ensure a positive learner experience and timely achievement.
  • Ensure individual learning plans and progress reviews are completed appropriately for individual learner requirements, including setting smart targets.
  • Timely completion of assessment and documentation to meet awarding body, audit, and organisational requirements.
  • Submit portfolios in a timely manner for interim and summative verification and work with the IV to ensure quality improvement.
  • Undertake appropriate learning and development activities as required for the job role and maintain a record of all CPD.
  • Contribute to learner disciplinary action requirements where appropriate.
  • Attend standardisation and team meetings at designated centres to develop team and individual performance.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Level 3 Teaching Qualification.
  • Hold an Assessing Qualification.
  • Relevant occupational experience in the sector you are applying for.
  • Level 3 and above sector qualifications.
  • Access and use of your own resources.
