Job Title: Hard Landscaper

We are seeking a highly skilled Groundworker to join our Property Team at Howells Solutions Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of residential construction and hard landscaping services.

**About the Role:**
The successful candidate will have experience within a similar role, ideally from within a Residential/Housing sector, with a minimum of 3 years' experience within the industry. You must possess a range of skills, including Brickwork, Drainage, Fencing repairs and replacing, Concreting, Paving and slabbing. A full UK driving licence is also essential for this position.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Carry out groundworks and hard landscaping tasks to the highest standard
- Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders
