A Day in the Life:

Ensuring timely and efficient resolution of mechanical faults on vehicles, maintaining accurate records, and supporting customer flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all out-of-circuit vehicles during their shift
  • Updating MARS to reflect accurate vehicle status
  • Collaborating with the fleet manager and multi-location manager to ensure optimal fleet availability
  • Managing body shop requests and on-site maintenance
  • Processing off-site dealership bookings

What We're Looking For:

An individual with experience in fleet coordination, proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, drive process change, and motivate teams.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
