Senior Anaesthetic Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Anaesthetic Nurse/ODP to join our dynamic team in our main adult theatre. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our theatre.
As a Senior Anaesthetic Nurse/ODP, you will be responsible for providing assistance to consultants during surgical procedures, assisting in the positioning and preparation of patients, and taking charge of the clinical area in the absence of the Anaesthetic Team Leader. You will also participate in multi-professional development, audits, and implement actions identified from quality initiatives.
We are looking for someone with a relevant ODP/Anaesthetic Nurse qualification, post-registration experience within Anaesthetics, and a minimum of 4 years' experience in an Anaesthetics role in the UK. You will also need to have experience of working in a UK hospital and be able to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £43,000 to £51,010 per year, a one-off Golden Hello payment of £3,000 or £5,000 relocation payment, and a range of benefits including payment of Professional Registration fees, equivalent to 25 days' holiday per year, and Bupa health insurance as a benefit in kind.
