We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hygiene Manager to join our team at Focus Management Consultants. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and food safety across our sites.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective hygiene strategies to minimize the risk of contamination and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of hygiene professionals to ensure that all aspects of hygiene, micro, and SHE standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address hygiene-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that hygiene standards are being met and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, micro, and SHE standards, including regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex hygiene-related issues.
