About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Sunbelt Rentals Careers. This exciting role will focus on developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive growth in the Traffic Management sector, working closely with our sales and account management teams.

Key responsibilities include creating and implementing a performance management process to improve capability, call activity, portfolio, and area growth. You'll also develop and manage a regional project and portfolio pipeline to drive new business growth through relevant sales channels and business sectors.

Additional duties include developing and coordinating training programs to increase product knowledge and working at height safety awareness across relevant sales channels and hire desks, promoting cross-selling opportunities through all divisions of Sunbelt Rentals, and identifying new markets and underpenetrated sectors to create strategies for growth.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring significant experience in the Traffic Management Industry, preferably in a Sales or Contract Management role, and the ability to positively and professionally represent Sunbelt Rentals, developing strong relationships with key external stakeholders.

Key skills include sales experience working closely with large customers, sales management experience, commercial acumen, tender and bid writing, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a good understanding of hire contracts and terms.
