**Commercial Real Estate Lawyer Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join our team at Medlock Partners. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our Partners in delivering high-quality commercial real estate services to our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and development. You will have the chance to build strong relationships with clients, work across diverse sectors, and develop business connections.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supporting Partners in running transactions with appropriate levels of supervision
  • Building and developing client relationships to enhance future business opportunities
  • Handling a wide variety of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and development
  • Assisting with the growth and development of key client relationships alongside Partners

**Requirements:**

  • 4-8 years of PQE experience in mainstream commercial real estate
  • Strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to handling transactions
  • Excellent rapport-building skills and commercial acumen
  • Appetite to engage in business development and client relationship management
