Mathematics Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mathematics Teacher to join our team at Protocol Education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching Mathematics: Deliver high-quality mathematics lessons to students, creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Evaluating Student Progress: Evaluate students' progress through assignments and examinations, providing individualised support to enhance understanding of mathematical concepts.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies, communicating with parents and guardians regarding students' academic progress.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Mathematics, Degree in Mathematics or related field, and Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level.
• Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and principles, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.

Working Conditions:

This role involves working in a school environment, following the academic calendar. The teacher will be expected to work full-time hours during term time, with additional responsibilities such as parent-teacher meetings and extracurricular activities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
