Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team in Exeter, Devon. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees, clients, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Construction Director and Contracts Managers on HSE issues
  • Attend pre-commencement meetings to contribute to initial decisions on H&S matters
  • Assist with the completion of the Construction Phase Plan and RAMS documentation
  • Lead on accident/incident investigation and produce detailed reports
  • Liaise with site personnel to ensure safe systems of work are developed and implemented
Requirements:
  • Formal Health and Safety qualification
  • 5+ years experience in a similar environment
  • Relevant IOSH | NEBOSH qualifications
