Job Title: Employability Skills Educator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employability Skills Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sessions focused on employability and job skills to learners with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver employability curriculum to meet the needs of learners.
  • Work closely with learners to provide tailored support and assistance.
  • Facilitate an inclusive learning environment that caters to the diverse requirements of students.
  • Monitor and support the progress and development of students.
  • Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of GCSE A-C/Level 2 in English and Maths.
  • Level 3 teaching and or assessing qualification (desirable).
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service or the willingness to obtain one.
