About the Role: As a Primary SEMH Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive learning environment that fosters academic achievement, social growth, and emotional well-being. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies to support students with SEMH needs.
Key Responsibilities: • Teach a range of subjects to students with SEMH needs
• Develop and implement individualized lesson plans to meet the needs of each student
• Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting instruction as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress and needs
