We are seeking a skilled ESOL Teacher to join our team in Islington. As an ESOL Teacher, you will design and deliver engaging courses for disadvantaged and vulnerable residents, utilizing effective assessment tools and innovative course planning.
Main Responsibilities:
- Teach your subject specialism on accredited and non-accredited programmes in various community settings.
- Incorporate Digital Skills and Employability into course design and delivery.
- Engage LBI residents through contextualized assessment tools and teaching techniques.
- Support Team Leaders and Curriculum Managers to develop the curriculum and meet resident needs.
Requirements:
- Level 3 teaching qualification (PTLLS or AET) is acceptable.
- Minimum level two literacy and numeracy skills.
- Enhanced DBS.
This is a part-time position, working 15 hours a week. The pay rate is 16.66 PAYE per hour / 20.59 ltd (umbrella). If you are a motivated and experienced ESOL Teacher, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
