About the Opportunity


We are committed to transforming educational support for vulnerable young people in the UK and are seeking an experienced Learning Support Consultant to join our team at Targeted Provision Ltd.


Job Overview



  • Deliver high-quality learning support services to students with SEN, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or other AEN, focusing on Maths, English, or Science.
  • Work collaboratively with students, parents, and schools to develop personalized learning plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and cutting-edge technology to enhance student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify student strengths and areas for development.
  • Design and implement targeted interventions to address student needs.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications



  • Hold Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS/QTLS) and possess minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise working with students with SEN, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or other AEN.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding processes and be able to promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of children and young people.
  • Maintain Enhanced DBS clearance, two professional references, and UK right to work.

Working Terms and Conditions



  • Engage as a worker for short-term assignments as needed.
  • Contract for service with PAYE, including insurance coverage for completed work.
  • No guaranteed workload or expense coverage.

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
