Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, including handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize company records, project documents, and contracts.
  • Support to Management: Assist senior management with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Office Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, manage office supplies, and ensure the office environment is well-maintained.
  • Financial Administration: Process invoices, manage petty cash, and assist with payroll administration.
  • Project Support: Provide administrative support to various construction and property management projects, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the construction, property services, or facilities management sectors.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of basic financial administration is an advantage.
