Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Flannels, a luxury fashion destination for men and women. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize sales revenue and exceed targets by implementing effective sales strategies and motivating the team to achieve sales goals.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-merchandised, with a strong focus on product knowledge and brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage the store's inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, security, and customer service standards.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities and are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a luxury fashion retail environment, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- High level of brand awareness and product knowledge, with a passion for fashion and retail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business and customers.
