Job Title: SAP Lead SuccessFactors Talent Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Lead SuccessFactors Talent Consultant to join our team at Experis UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing innovative SAP SuccessFactors solutions and supporting technologies in large, complex organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions and supporting technologies
  • Providing hands-on skills in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Succession & Development
  • Integrating talent modules with the rest of the SuccessFactors suite
  • Leading functional workstreams and managing workloads and priorities
  • Planning and running client workshops
  • Guiding clients on SuccessFactors best practice and innovations
  • Working flexibly, both onsite and remotely

Requirements:

  • Experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Strong hands-on skills in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Succession & Development
  • Knowledge of the integration of talent modules with the rest of the SuccessFactors suite
  • Certification in one or more relevant SuccessFactor modules
  • Ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to lead a functional workstream
  • Ability to work flexibly
