Responsibilities:

* Secure the delivery of all STEP and Major Mods in line with Time, Cost, and Quality targets
* Ensure all Modifications have a robust SoW accounting for all Plant / Functional impacts
* Lead the E2E assessment of Projects / Modifications in line with STEP governance and Mods Process
* Integrate and coordinate Mod impacts across all Plant functions (E2E)
* Tracking performance vs plan throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

* Good understanding of modification process and how to enable this into production
* Experience working with Project Manager to support on projects
* Experience running 3 to 4 modifications run at one time
* Demonstrated experience working in a Programme environment
* Aerospace or defence sector experience
