Chief Strategic Planner

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of a corporate strategic plan to drive growth and success across Martlets, St Barnabas, and Chestnut Tree House. This will involve collaborating with senior leaders to identify key objectives and develop a comprehensive plan to achieve them.
Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy and Communications, the post holder will be responsible for managing a team of four across the three hospice sites, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of the strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities:
