Job Description: Domestic Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Domestic Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our domestic services team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within our care homes.

Your Responsibilities:

Tidying and cleaning residents' rooms and bathrooms, as well as offices and communal areas
Completing laundry duties
Maintaining all cleaning equipment
Reporting any faulty equipment, defects, or hazards in the home to your line manager

Benefits:

We offer competitive pay, with an estimated annual salary of £23,728 (based on 35 hours per week). We also offer additional shifts at an enhanced rate of pay and double time for bank holidays. About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a great team player with good communication skills. You will also require basic literacy and numeracy skills and be compassionate and patient. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a caring industry or similar environment. We also require you to pass our DBS check.
