Compensation:
For seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialists, we provide a competitive base salary ranging from £26,000 to £28,500, with realistic first-year earnings between £28,000 and £31,500.
For those entering the recruitment field, we offer a starting salary of £24,250, which can increase to £26,000 after one year and £28,500 after two years, contingent upon satisfactory performance reviews. First-year on-target earnings can reach up to £27,000, including commission.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your duties will include:
- Engaging with new and existing clients to thoroughly understand their recruitment needs
- Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suitable temporary candidates to meet client specifications
- Delivering exceptional service aligned with our company values
- Working towards achievable sales targets with the support of our experienced team
Working Hours:
The standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
