About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Ethero. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on our machinery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on site
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining proactive maintenance for Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Predictive Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
  • Identify root causes of issues and reduce downtime
  • Fault find and repair electrical and mechanical faults on hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Replace and repair parts on all machines
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost effectiveness

Requirements

  • Experience in a 1st tier automotive background is essential
  • City & Guilds Level 3 or BTEC Level 3 in Electrical is desired
  • Wide experience in PLC fault finding and electrical bias
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights
  • Experience in robotics and mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software backgrounds
