Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support our students with special educational needs. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the development of children's communication, problem-solving skills, and emotional wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to implement tailored educational plans.
- Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage positive social interactions and assist with emotional regulation.
- Support the development of students' confidence, self-esteem, and communication skills.
Requirements:
- A genuine desire to work with children, especially those with special educational needs.
