Senior Medical Advisor Opportunity

Bayer is seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Advisor to join our Oncology Medical Division in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving a strategic partnership with local cross-functional teams, collecting and analyzing data, and aligning evidence generation with medical and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement medical strategies to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform medical and brand strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with thought leaders and key stakeholders
  • Provide scientific expertise to support marketing and sales efforts
Requirements:
  • Industry scientific/medical background
  • Proven experience in Medical Affairs
  • GPhC registered pharmacist or GMC registered physician with ABPI final signatory credentials
  • Oncology background desirable
  • Strong skills in managing stakeholders and building networks
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to operate cross-functionally
