Job Description

Hospitality/Catering Team Member

This is a casual contract position that requires flexibility in scheduling, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week. As a member of our Client Support team, you will be responsible for assisting our London site teams with daily tasks, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and well-presented service area.

Responsibilities:

  • Support team members with daily tasks, serving customers, and preparing drinks
  • Ensure service areas are always clean, well-presented, and well-stocked
  • Keep up-to-date with menus and available food options
  • Be willing to adapt to changing work schedules and requirements
  • Offer a warm and friendly service to customers
  • Maintain high standards of COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety

Work Pattern: Monday-Friday, between 7:00-16:00

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A genuine interest in customer service excellence
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Prior hospitality/catering and barista experience is desirable but not essential
