National Account Director

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and family-owned British premium food company as a National Account Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, including Asda and Morrisons.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of 2 grocery customers across both branded and own-label products
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, operations, and NPD functions to deliver best-in-class category growth decisions
• Work closely with the Head of Grocery to achieve business objectives
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in large branded consumer business. You will have a proven track record of delivering results in a sales, retail buying, or customer-facing marketing role. A passion for food and a strong understanding of the grocery retail sector are essential. Additionally, you will have excellent relationship-building skills, both internally and externally, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
