Solar PV Project Coordinator Job Description

Company Overview: Shift F5 - Technology Recruitment is a leading technology recruitment agency specialising in renewable energy projects.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Solar PV Project Coordinator to join our team in Central London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management and be passionate about renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design through to commissioning and completion.
  • Work closely with design and installation teams to ensure compliance with standards and client expectations.
  • Handle key project deliverables, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and H&S documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure project success.
  • Contribute to the growth and efficiency of the business through innovation and problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or renewable energy sector.
  • A proven track record of managing budgets and schedules effectively.
  • Familiarity with working at height and relevant Health & Safety certifications (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Project and an understanding of solar PV systems (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
