Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role
Ultimate Languages Ltd is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Digital Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality multilingual digital assets for multiple projects across various clients and digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and prioritize projects to meet deadlines• Instruct and supervise linguists to ensure tasks are completed correctly and to specification• Update project statuses within our internal project management system (XTRF)• Review projects to maintain high standards of work and ensure excellent client service• Manage templates for service delivery to ensure consistency with client requirements• Keep guidelines and training materials up-to-date
Requirements
• Previous project coordination or project management experience within a digital agency• Creative and precise with a passion for technology, data, and marketing• Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO, PPC, analytics, and social media tools• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment• Flexibility to adapt to client requests• Excellent communication skills with fluent English• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Hands-on problem-solving skills with the ability to generate ideas and solutions
