As a Behavioural Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with SEMH and Trauma needs. About the Job:

  • You will work closely with the student, providing one-to-one support and implementing strategies to address challenging behaviours.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Support the student in accessing the curriculum and developing social skills.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with students with SEMH or SEN.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioural challenges and strategies for supporting students with complex needs.
  • Level 2 teaching qualification or equivalent.

Salary and Benefits:

This is a salaried position with a competitive rate of pay. The estimated salary is £25,500-£32,100 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also receive a range of benefits, including comprehensive training and development opportunities.
