Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join our team based in Birmingham. As an Associate, you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise in residential development and work with some of the top house builders and residential developers in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver specialist advice on residential development and housing led work, including title due diligence, land acquisition, and providing valuable insights to enhance client relationships and projects.
  2. Immerse yourself in the residential development market and build a long and fulfilling career.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should be a qualified solicitor with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in residential development.

A hybrid approach to office and remote working, generous annual leave, private medical insurance, pension contributions, and various health and wellbeing programmes are also available.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £72,000 - £84,000 per annum, depending on experience.
