The estimated salary for this role is $58,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the level of experience required. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

This position involves working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing IEPs in collaboration with teachers and other professionals
• Providing targeted support to students during lessons, focusing on areas such as literacy and numeracy
• Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes socialization and emotional well-being

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Experience working with students with special educational needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
• A patient and empathetic approach, with a strong commitment to supporting students with special needs
• Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are highly desirable
