About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Capability Scotland. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex disabilities to live independently in our residential settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting individuals with their personal care, dressing, medication, mobility, and mealtimes
- Participating in activities with individuals, such as community-based activities, outings, and themed days
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest quality of care and support
What We Offer
- A generous salary of £24,401.52 FTE / £12.00 per hour
- A nightshift premium rate of £12.60 per hour
- A fully funded SVQ qualification, which is yours for life
- Set rotas, allowing you to plan your life outside of work
- 32 days' holidays per year, increasing to 37 with service
