Supply Teacher

Monarch Education is currently working with Primary Schools in the Daventry area to find a Supply Teacher to provide a mentoring service that meets the needs of students who require help in overcoming barriers to learning.
The ideal candidate will hold / be confident in the following:
- Marking the class register at the beginning of each lesson
- Disseminating materials prepared by the Head of Department that are necessary for the work to be completed
- Explaining the work set using PowerPoint, textbook or own background knowledge
- Managing behaviour in the classroom in order to maintain an atmosphere conducive to learning, following the school's standard processes
- Working with small groups to support their learning
Hours of work: Full Time Salary: £130 - £150 per day (varied depending on experience and qualifications)
