Field Service Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Professional Technical Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience working on roller shutters, sectionals, and loading bays, as well as strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that offers a competitive estimated salary of £54,000+ in the first year, with opportunities for overtime payment and plenty of room for progression.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Maintaining, servicing, and repairing doors on customer sites
  2. Managing your own work in progress and ensuring accurate paperwork is completed
  3. Attending regular training courses to stay up-to-date with the latest equipment and techniques
Responsibilities

Requirements
  • IPAF, PASMA, CSCS or NVQ qualifications
  • Previous experience working on shutters, sectionals, or loading bays
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Electrical, welding, or hydraulics experience
