Main Accountabilities:
  • Site-Based Services: Install, maintain, and repair equipment at client locations, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Tech Support and Guidance: Offer expert advice and guidance to customers on equipment usage, troubleshooting common issues, and resolving technical problems promptly.
  • Service Delivery and Quality Assurance: Deliver high-quality services, meeting or exceeding customer expectations, and ensuring seamless operations through effective documentation and reporting.
  • Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated on the latest technologies, techniques, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to enhance our services and improve customer satisfaction.

Our compensation package includes an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $85,000, depending on your experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits like company-provided transportation, tools, and travel expenses, as well as comprehensive health insurance and retirement plans.
