Key Responsibilities

The successful Construction Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Reviewing construction phase plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
  • Collaborating with clients, design teams, and principal contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Providing expert advice on design and construction risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.

A strong understanding of UK construction regulations, industry best practices, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. A competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum is on offer, along with benefits such as hybrid working, profit share, and career development opportunities.
