At The Family Business Consulting Group, Inc. (FBCG), we're looking for a talented Data Insights Strategist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving actionable insights and facilitating informed decision-making processes across Commercial and Marketing stakeholders. This involves leveraging expertise in data analytics to assess business KPIs, evaluate promotional activities, and foster cross-functional relationships to enhance business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for Commercial and Marketing stakeholders, utilizing diverse data sources and analytical techniques to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and provide actionable insights on key business KPIs.
  • Understand and use the concept of marketing efficiency to help the team report on marketing channel performance within a trade environment.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Product, and Finance, promoting collaboration and shared goals.
About You:
  • Strong experience in data analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, GA4.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • Previous experience working as an analyst within Commercial, Finance or Marketing.
  • Creative thinking with a track record of driving adoption of new ideas and concepts, and pioneering new approaches within the team.
  • Experience working on e-commerce businesses or equivalent industries.
  • Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills, more specifically, ability to communicate complex problems and analysis simply with a variety of stakeholders and act as a bridge between technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Attention to detail in a relatively fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage targets and deadlines.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
