Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager - Coffee Sales
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our dynamic hospitality division. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales volume in our HoReCa end-user accounts and nurturing relationships with partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand listings in the HoReCa sector.
- Introduce new products and support projects for end-user clients, including coffee shops, education, hotels, leading restaurants, and healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales to the HoReCa sector, with a strong understanding of the coffee industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong IT skills, with experience of using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- A passion for coffee and foodservice, with a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
