Drive Business Growth in the EMEA Region
As a Flow Sales professional for the EMEA region, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward in the European market. With a solid foundation in both traditional finance and the crypto landscape, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, providing liquidity solutions, and working closely with our trading desk.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients in the EMEA region, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
- Coordinate closely with the trading desk to manage client requests, build relationships, and grow existing business.
- Work closely across desks and regions, including Business Development, Trading desk (OTC and liquidity provision), Legal, and Compliance to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency markets to support clients across Flowdesk products.
- Oversee client data requests and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of all client-related documentation and insights.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with a strong understanding of crypto markets and related financial products.
- 2-3 years of experience in traditional finance, within Capital Markets ideally.
- Proven experience in building client relationships in a high-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of financial products, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Skills and Personality
- A strategic thinker with a client-first mindset.
- Autonomous, proactive, and capable of making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work independently when required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages relevant to the EMEA region are a plus.
