About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at OX Seven Creative Partners. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile events and conferences that exceed our clients' expectations.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their objectives. You will be responsible for managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage event planning and execution from concept to delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Manage event budgets and ensure financial compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality events
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in event management or a related field
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
