As a beacon of culinary excellence, Scott's Richmond offers a menu featuring the finest dishes, set within an inviting atmosphere. Our restaurant captures the splendor of the original concept in Mayfair and brings it to the stunning banks of the Thames in Richmond, just outside central London.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and accomplished Senior Sommelier to join our esteemed wine team. As a Senior Sommelier, you will play a pivotal role in curating our extensive wine list, providing expert guidance to guests, and contributing to the overall excellence of our dining experience. If you have a passion for wine, a wealth of knowledge in oenology, and a proven track record of elevating the dining experience, we invite you to be a key influencer at our restaurant.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide expert recommendations to guests, suggesting wine pairings that enhance their dining experience.
* Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute wine-focused events and promotions.
* Manage wine inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage conditions.
* Stay informed about industry trends, new releases, and emerging winemakers.

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience as a Senior Sommelier or in a similar leadership role within a high-end restaurant.
* Extensive knowledge of wines, regions, and varietals, supported by relevant certifications.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Impeccable grooming and presentation.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage tasks.
* Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
