Swim Coach

Little Flippers Swim School is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn swimming and water safety skills. As an Swim Coach, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of swimmers.

We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for teaching children how to swim. Our swim instructors are the backbone of our organization, and we invest heavily in their development through paid training and professional growth opportunities.

You will have the opportunity to work with children of various ages, from Tots (age 3) to Advanced (age 6+), and develop a comprehensive understanding of our curriculum and teaching methods.
