Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide daily care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met
  2. Plan and implement personalized care plans, taking into account individual preferences and needs
  3. Lead a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance, support, and feedback
  4. Maintain accurate records, including care plans, incident reports, and medication administration
  5. Build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and families
